If it's to spend sometime socially to recharge connecting with peers and supports, Interacting in centre-based programs, getting your haircut by one of our barbers who understands sensory issues, social gaming or training at the gym; this is a place where you are welcomed.

Community You was established in 2022. A demand for quality person-centered care was identified among the midst of growing service providers. Community You was created to offer a business that reflected its values not only with participants but staff, ensuring that holistic well-being is at the forefront of outcomes.
We work hard to help all individuals to feel valued, empowered, and safe both emotionally, mentally, and physically. Community You is committed to providing pathways for passionate people to empower other members of our community. We are committed to ensuring professional development and holistic well-being services are readily available to ensure our Youth Workers and NDIS specialists are provided with the tools needed to support and lift their clients.
With almost a decade of experience in Community Services, we are passionate about our clients and their rights. We specialise in Youth Work Outreach and NDIS Supports.
